【摘要】：新修訂的《農(nóng)藥管理條例》(簡稱《條例》)即將施行,《條例》放開了農(nóng)藥企業(yè)之間的委托加工、分裝。對委托加工、分裝的新規(guī)定做了相應的解析。
[Abstract]:The newly revised regulations on Pesticide Administration (hereinafter referred to as the regulations) are about to come into effect. The regulations liberalize the entrustment and assembly between pesticide enterprises. The new regulations of entrustment processing and sub-assembly are analyzed accordingly.
