【摘要】：當(dāng)前全球反恐形勢(shì)日趨復(fù)雜,本文分析了《中華人民共和國(guó)反恐怖主義法》頒布對(duì)我國(guó)履行國(guó)際反恐義務(wù)和開展反恐工作產(chǎn)生的積極意義,介紹了空港口岸檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)關(guān)行使反恐職能的現(xiàn)有做法,以及泉州檢驗(yàn)檢疫局在空港口岸開展反恐工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),最后分析了《中華人民共和國(guó)反恐怖主義法》出臺(tái)后,空港口岸檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)關(guān)履行反恐職責(zé)的重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The current global anti-terrorism situation is becoming more and more complicated. This paper analyzes the positive significance of the promulgation of the Anti-Terrorism Law of the people's Republic of China to our country's international anti-terrorism obligations and counter-terrorism work. This paper introduces the existing practice of the inspection and quarantine office of the airport port in carrying out the function of anti-terrorism, and the experience of the Quanzhou inspection and quarantine bureau in carrying out the anti-terrorism work at the airport port. Finally, the article analyzes the Anti-Terrorism Law of the people's Republic of China after the promulgation of the Anti-Terrorism Law. The focus of the inspection and quarantine office at the airport port in carrying out its anti-terrorism duties.
