【摘要】：在我國創(chuàng)新社會治理的環(huán)境下,正確構(gòu)建滅火與應(yīng)急救援體系是提升滅火與應(yīng)急救援能力的必要途徑。本文通過思考我國滅火與應(yīng)急救援力量的法律定位和法律表現(xiàn),提出構(gòu)建我國滅火與應(yīng)急救援體系的立法考量和建議。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of innovating social governance, it is necessary to construct fire extinguishing and emergency rescue system correctly in order to improve the ability of fire extinguishing and emergency rescue. By considering the legal position and legal performance of fire extinguishing and emergency rescue forces in China, this paper puts forward legislative considerations and suggestions for the construction of fire extinguishing and emergency rescue system in China.
