【摘要】：新修訂的《檔案法》對(duì)檔案行政管理部門轉(zhuǎn)變職能、促進(jìn)檔案依法行政有著積極的意義。當(dāng)然也應(yīng)當(dāng)反思以往對(duì)出賣非國(guó)有檔案審批不作為的現(xiàn)象。更要積極主動(dòng)地探索、創(chuàng)新對(duì)出賣非國(guó)有檔案的行政管理方法。還應(yīng)對(duì)《檔案法》有關(guān)非國(guó)有檔案管理的條款做系統(tǒng)的完善修訂。
[Abstract]:The newly revised Archives Law has a positive significance for changing the functions of the archives administrative departments and promoting the administration of archives according to law. Of course, we should reflect on the past to sell non-state-owned archives examination and approval of the phenomenon. We should actively explore and innovate the administrative management methods of selling non-state-owned archives. In addition, the provisions of the Archives Law concerning the management of non-state-owned archives should be systematically revised.
