【摘要】：色情和盜版侵權(quán)等非法內(nèi)容在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間呈現(xiàn)一定程度的泛濫之勢(shì),給"掃黃打非"工作帶來了嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的"掃黃打非"工作,由于所處的環(huán)境、打擊對(duì)象等方面發(fā)生了變化,存在法律法規(guī)滯后、工作方式單一、機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置不專等問題,建議采取完善相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、改進(jìn)工作方法、整合執(zhí)法資源、踐行行業(yè)自律以及鼓勵(lì)網(wǎng)民參與等措施,打造一個(gè)健康、文明的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Pornography, piracy and other illegal content in cyberspace show a trend of flooding, to "eliminate pornography and illegal" work has brought a severe challenge. In the era of social networks, due to the changes in the environment and the object of attack, there are some problems such as the lag of laws and regulations, the singularity of working methods, the lack of special organization setting, etc., so we suggest that we should improve the relevant laws and regulations. Improve working methods, integrate law enforcement resources, practice industry self-discipline and encourage Internet users to participate in order to create a healthy and civilized network environment.
