【摘要】：正2016年11月7日,第十二屆全國人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)第二十四次會(huì)議通過《中華人民共和國網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全法》,自2017年6月1日起施行。網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全法是統(tǒng)領(lǐng)國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全工作的基礎(chǔ)法律,對(duì)于保障網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全,維護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間主權(quán)和國家安全、社會(huì)公共利益,保護(hù)公民、法人和其他組織的合法權(quán)益,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)信息化健康發(fā)展,影響深遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:On November 7, 2016, the 24th meeting of the standing Committee of the Twelfth National people's Congress adopted the Law of the people's Republic of China on Cybersecurity, which will come into effect on June 1, 2017. The Law on Network Security is the basic law governing the work of national network security. It can protect network security, safeguard the sovereignty of cyberspace and national security, the public interest of society, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations. Promote the healthy development of economic and social information, far-reaching impact.
