【摘要】：2015年修訂的《食品安全法》再次將食品生產(chǎn)加工小作坊和食品攤販等的具體管理辦法交由地方制定,這對地方立法而言是一種挑戰(zhàn)。為更好履行食品安全監(jiān)督的職責(zé),地方在制定地方性法規(guī)、地方政府規(guī)章和規(guī)范性文件時,應(yīng)注意細(xì)化整合后的各監(jiān)管部門之職責(zé)、全力保障地方食品安全監(jiān)管規(guī)范的公開化、促進(jìn)監(jiān)管主體多樣化和發(fā)展區(qū)域法制幾個問題:。
[Abstract]:The 2015 revised Food Safety Act once again handed over to the local authorities specific management measures for small food production and processing workshops and food vendors, which is a challenge to local legislation. In order to better perform the responsibility of food safety supervision, local governments should pay attention to the refinement of the responsibilities of the various regulatory departments after the integration when formulating local laws and regulations, local government regulations and normative documents, and make every effort to ensure the publicity of local food safety supervision and control norms.
