【摘要】：研究以中國知網(wǎng)作為文獻數(shù)據(jù)來源,利用Bicomb軟件及SPSS軟件繪制了我國1996-2016年職業(yè)教育法研究的384篇文獻的熱點知識圖譜。研究表明,近20年來我國職業(yè)教育法研究熱點主要圍繞兩大主線及四大領(lǐng)域展開,兩大主線即:制度與機制和立法與修法研究、法律保障和法律風(fēng)險研究;四大領(lǐng)域即:高職院校學(xué)生頂崗實習(xí)過程中的法律問題研究、依法治教視野下我國職業(yè)教育的法律保障及《職業(yè)教育法》修訂研究、國外職業(yè)教育法律體系研究、校企合作的法律制度研究。但與此同時,我國職業(yè)教育法研究還需要在增強配套法律研究、強化立法價值研究、重視法學(xué)視角研究以及注重執(zhí)法監(jiān)督研究等方面不斷拓展,以推動職業(yè)教育法的修訂與完善,促進職業(yè)教育的繁榮與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The hot knowledge map of 384 articles on vocational education law from 1996 to 2016 in China was drawn by using Bicomb software and SPSS software. The research shows that in the past 20 years, the research focus of the vocational education law in China has been mainly focused on two main lines and four major areas, namely: system and mechanism, legislation and amendment, legal protection and legal risk research; Four major fields are: the study on the legal problems in the process of students' internship in higher vocational colleges, the legal guarantee of vocational education and the revision of the Vocational Education Law in China under the vision of administering education according to law, and the study on the legal system of foreign vocational education. A study on the legal system of cooperation between schools and enterprises. But at the same time, the research of vocational education law in our country also needs to strengthen the research of supporting law, strengthen the study of legislative value, attach importance to the research of legal angle of view and pay attention to the research of law enforcement supervision, etc. In order to promote the revision and improvement of vocational education, promote the prosperity and development of vocational education.
