【摘要】：正以法治的方式管理宗教事務(wù),是我黨開展宗教工作的一貫主張。1931年《中華蘇維埃憲法大綱》中就有"保護信教自由"的條款。新中國成立后的1954年憲法,直至1982年憲法三十六條奠定了宗教工作法治化的法制基礎(chǔ)。改革開放以來,"依法管理宗教事務(wù)"成為黨的宗教工作基本方針的重要內(nèi)容之一,宗教工作逐漸納入法治化軌道。2004年國務(wù)院頒行《宗教事務(wù)條例》以來,特別是
[Abstract]:Managing religious affairs in the way of ruling by law is the consistent proposition of our Party in carrying out religious work. In 1931 the outline of the Constitution of the Chinese Soviet Union contained the clause of "protecting the Freedom of religious worship". The 1954 Constitution after the founding of New China and the 36 articles of the Constitution in 1982 laid the legal foundation for the legalization of religious work.
