二審公共文化服務(wù)保障法草案,四問(wèn)題待答

【摘要】：正美術(shù)館、職工書屋被列入公共文化設(shè)施范圍;大中小學(xué)的操場(chǎng)等設(shè)施在不影響正常教學(xué)秩序的前提下要向社會(huì)有序開(kāi)放;不管是由學(xué)校集體組織還是家長(zhǎng)自行帶領(lǐng)前往,收費(fèi)的公共文化設(shè)施都必須每個(gè)月定期向中小學(xué)生開(kāi)放……在提請(qǐng)十二屆全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)第二十四次會(huì)議二次審議的公共文化服務(wù)保障法草案中,新增多項(xiàng)內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Art galleries, staff and workers' bookshops are included in the scope of public cultural facilities; playgrounds and other facilities in schools and colleges should be opened to society in an orderly manner without affecting normal teaching order; whether they are led by the collective organizations of schools or by parents themselves, Fee-based public cultural facilities must be open to primary and secondary school students on a regular monthly basis. A number of new items have been added to the draft Law on the Protection of Public Cultural Services, which was submitted to the 24th session of the standing Committee of the Twelfth National people's Congress for second deliberation.
