【摘要】：為貫徹落實《國防交通法》,更好地推進國防交通建設深化發(fā)展,提出應重點把握增強貫徹落實的使命意識、把握法律的科學內(nèi)涵、營造法律的宣貫氛圍、配套完善的法規(guī)體系等問題,使之成為社會各界、軍隊和地方政府的基本遵循。
[Abstract]:In order to implement the National Defense Traffic Law and better promote the deepening development of national defense traffic construction, it is proposed that emphasis should be placed on strengthening the mission awareness of the implementation of the law, grasping the scientific connotation of the law, and creating an atmosphere of publicity and enforcement of the law. Complete and perfect legal system and other issues, make it the basic compliance of all sectors of society, the army and local governments.
