臺灣技職生實習(xí)法律法規(guī)研究
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, it is the core content of vocational education reform in the world to guarantee the development of vocational education by legal system and to promote the adjustment of economic structure and the upgrading of industry. Practice is an important link in practical teaching in vocational schools, and it is also an important means for students to upgrade their professional skills. It is of great significance to make the management of practice scientific and standardized through legal means. In the late 1970s, Taiwan's economy rose rapidly. Enjoy the "four Little Dragons of Asia" reputation. In the course of Taiwan's rapid economic development, technical and vocational education has played an important role, which depends not only on the formation of a relatively complete system of technical and vocational education in Taiwan, but also on the fact that the Taiwan authorities attach importance to the construction of laws and regulations for technical and vocational education. Pay attention to vocational education and vocational training, provide students with more practical training opportunities, in order to cultivate students' vocational skills, truly achieve the practical use of learning. This article takes the Taiwan technical and vocational students practice law and regulations as the research object, uses the historical research method, the literature method, the comparative method, the content analysis method and so on research method, from the historical angle introduces the Taiwan technical and vocational education law and the development of the laws and regulations. This paper analyzes the current situation, characteristics and existing problems of the laws and regulations for technical and vocational students in Taiwan, and puts forward the strategies for optimizing and developing the laws and regulations of practice in mainland China. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, this paper mainly introduces the research background, domestic and foreign research status, research significance, and defines the relevant concepts. Secondly, it introduces the development of the laws and regulations of technical and vocational education in Taiwan from the historical point of view, analyzes the basic structure of the legal and regulatory system and the basic contents of the text of the laws and regulations for the practice of technical vocational students in Taiwan, and puts forward some deficiencies. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Taiwan's technical practice laws and regulations from three aspects: the system of laws and regulations, the text of laws and regulations, and the timeliness of legislation. Finally, combining the similarities and differences between the Taiwan and mainland vocational school students' practice laws and regulations, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the mainland's internship laws and regulations, and puts forward the strategies for optimizing the development of the mainland's internship laws and regulations. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and experiences of Taiwan's technical and vocational students' internship laws and regulations, this paper tries to provide a research basis for the revision and perfection of the laws and regulations of vocational education in China in the future, as well as the introduction of policy documents. At the same time, it is hoped that this study can make the practice management work in mainland China become more and more systematic and standardized, promote the continuous improvement of the practice management system in vocational schools, and then train more high-quality skilled talents for the development of vocational education. Social and economic development to make greater contributions.
