【摘要】：文章通過(guò)對(duì)貴陽(yáng)市公眾環(huán)境教育中心的調(diào)查,分析總結(jié)了該中心成立以來(lái)在環(huán)境保護(hù)方面所作的努力,包括參與生態(tài)文明建設(shè)地方法規(guī)的修訂,以非對(duì)抗性方式參與環(huán)境保護(hù),對(duì)有關(guān)縣市和部門(mén)的生態(tài)文明工作進(jìn)行第三方監(jiān)督,幫助企業(yè)進(jìn)行污染治理,開(kāi)展環(huán)境公益訴訟等,從一個(gè)側(cè)面反映出貴陽(yáng)市當(dāng)前環(huán)境共治的現(xiàn)實(shí)及主要方式。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of Guiyang Public Environmental Education Center, this paper analyzes and summarizes the efforts made by the Center in environmental protection since its establishment, including participating in the revision of local laws and regulations for the construction of ecological civilization, and participating in environmental protection in a non-confrontational manner. The third party supervision of ecological civilization work of relevant counties, cities and departments, helping enterprises to carry out pollution control and environmental public welfare litigation, etc., reflects the reality and main ways of environmental co-management in Guiyang City from one side.
