【摘要】：正北京屬資源型重度缺水地區(qū),截至2015年底,北京的汽車保有量已經(jīng)突破了570萬輛,清洗一輛汽車用水約為0.16噸,若以570萬輛汽車每周清洗一次計算,北京市每年的洗車用水量將突破4700萬噸,相當(dāng)于抽干了20余個昆明湖。為了解決日益顯著的用水危機,政府希望通過價格手段控制洗車業(yè)用水量,進而通過水價杠桿撬動每噸僅1元錢的中水(再生水)的廣泛利用。然而實際情況卻不容樂觀,
