【摘要】：社會個(gè)人信用體系的構(gòu)建能夠促進(jìn)市場交易的健康發(fā)展,推動社會有序運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。完善的信用法律體系是個(gè)人信用體系建立的基礎(chǔ),通過總結(jié)歐美以及日本等發(fā)達(dá)國家在個(gè)人信用體系建設(shè)上的法治經(jīng)驗(yàn),我國需要完善個(gè)人信用體系建設(shè)的法律法規(guī),從法律上強(qiáng)化個(gè)人權(quán)益保障。
[Abstract]:The construction of social personal credit system can promote the healthy development of market transactions and promote the orderly operation of society. The perfect credit legal system is the foundation of the personal credit system. By summing up the legal experience of the developed countries such as Europe, America and Japan in the construction of the personal credit system, our country needs to perfect the laws and regulations for the construction of the personal credit system. Strengthen the protection of personal rights and interests legally.
