【摘要】：民族教育立法是教育研究領(lǐng)域的重要內(nèi)容。以中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版總庫(CNKI)為數(shù)據(jù)來源,對(duì)中國民族教育立法研究領(lǐng)域的353篇文獻(xiàn),采用Cite Space進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)產(chǎn)出作者及機(jī)構(gòu)合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析、關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)等分析。中國民族教育立法研究文獻(xiàn)逐年增長,研究機(jī)構(gòu)主要集中于北京地區(qū)高校,以中央民族大學(xué)為主要代表,研究熱點(diǎn)主要集中在民族教育立法本身的理論問題、民族地區(qū)教育及其法制建設(shè)問題、民族教育立法與民族自治地方法規(guī)的關(guān)系問題、依法治教與學(xué)生受教育權(quán)及法律保障問題等研究。
[Abstract]:National education legislation is an important content in the field of educational research. With CNKI as the data source, this paper analyzes 353 articles in the field of national education legislation in China by using Cite Space to analyze the network of authors and institutions. The literature on ethnic education legislation in China has been increasing year by year. The research institutions are mainly concentrated in universities in Beijing, with the Central University for nationalities as the main representative, and the research focus is mainly on the theoretical issues of the national education legislation itself. The problems of education and legal system construction in minority areas, the relationship between the legislation of ethnic education and the laws and regulations of national autonomous areas, the right to education and the students' right to receive education in accordance with the law, and the legal guarantee are also studied.
