【摘要】：正近來,《北京市共有產(chǎn)權(quán)住房管理暫行辦法》(以下簡稱《暫行辦法》)公開征集意見引發(fā)了社會對"共有產(chǎn)權(quán)住房"的討論。據(jù)媒體報道:《暫行辦法》意在把預(yù)備在2017—2021年入市的25萬套自住型商品房變成共有產(chǎn)權(quán)住房。30%的新北京人可以享受這一紅利,尤其是通過"職住平衡"和"不轉(zhuǎn)讓無需補差價",鼓勵永久居住。"共有產(chǎn)權(quán)住房"是更好的政策選擇嗎?
