【摘要】：正根據(jù)中央確定的深化國(guó)家監(jiān)察體制改革的時(shí)間表和路線圖,《行政監(jiān)察法》修改為《國(guó)家監(jiān)察法》的工作已被提上立法日程。國(guó)家監(jiān)察委員會(huì)作為反腐敗專責(zé)機(jī)關(guān),履行監(jiān)督、調(diào)查和處置職責(zé)。其中腐敗犯罪調(diào)查權(quán)是對(duì)涉嫌犯罪的腐敗行為進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制性調(diào)查的權(quán)力。此項(xiàng)權(quán)力如何定位、如何運(yùn)行,關(guān)系到能否及時(shí)揭露、客觀證實(shí)和有效懲治腐敗犯罪,關(guān)系到監(jiān)察體制改革的效果。應(yīng)當(dāng)從國(guó)家反腐敗工作的總
[Abstract]:In accordance with the timetable and road map for deepening the reform of the state supervision system, the work of amending the Administrative Supervision Law into the "State Supervision Law" has been put on the legislative agenda. As an anti-corruption body, the National Supervisory Commission performs the functions of supervision, investigation and disposal. The power of investigating corruption crime is the power of compulsory investigation of corruption. How to position and operate this power is related to the timely disclosure, objective verification and effective punishment of corruption crimes, and the effect of the reform of the supervisory system.
