【摘要】：人民警察是我國社會穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展的重要保障力量,也是人民群眾正常生產(chǎn)生活的堅實保障。尤其是在現(xiàn)代社會中,社會環(huán)境變得更為復(fù)雜,突發(fā)事件時有發(fā)生,極大地威脅著社會的穩(wěn)定與人民群眾的安危。在這種情況下,我國積極加強對人民警察的職業(yè)保障,以此激發(fā)人民警察履職的積極性。人民警察優(yōu)撫制度是其中的一項重要制度,人民警察優(yōu)撫制度直接關(guān)系到我國人民警察隊伍建設(shè)的穩(wěn)定性與長久性。盡管在人民警察優(yōu)撫制度建設(shè)方面,我國采取了積極的措施,并取得了一定的成效。但是,在人民警察優(yōu)撫制度建設(shè)中仍然存在著一定的不足之處,極大地影響到了人民警察工作的積極性。因此加強此方面的建設(shè)刻不容緩。本文分析了人民警察優(yōu)撫制度概念、特點、歷史沿革和理論基礎(chǔ),探討了當(dāng)前人民警察優(yōu)撫制度的現(xiàn)狀及不足,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出人民警察優(yōu)撫制度的完善對策。本文對人民警察優(yōu)撫制度進行研究,在理論上,進一步完善此方面的基礎(chǔ)研究工作;在實踐中,提升我國對此問題的重視程度,為完善人民警察優(yōu)撫制度提供可資借鑒的方法,從而提高我國人民警察優(yōu)撫制度建設(shè)水平。
[Abstract]:The people's police is an important guarantee for the social stability and development of our country, and also a solid guarantee for the normal production and life of the people. Especially in the modern society, the social environment becomes more complex, unexpected events occur from time to time, which greatly threaten the social stability and the safety of the people. In this case, our country actively strengthens the job security to the people's police, so as to stimulate the people's police to carry out their duties. The system of people's police is one of the important systems, which is directly related to the stability and permanence of the construction of the people's police force in China. Although China has taken positive measures in the construction of the people's police system, it has made some achievements. However, there are still some deficiencies in the construction of the people's police system, which greatly affects the enthusiasm of the people's police work. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the construction in this respect. This paper analyzes the concept, characteristics, historical evolution and theoretical basis of the people's police system, probes into the present situation and deficiency of the people's police's system, and puts forward the perfect countermeasures of the people's police's preferential care system on the basis of the analysis of the concept, characteristics, historical evolution and theoretical basis of the system. In this paper, we study the people's police preferential care system, in theory, further improve the basic research work in this area, in practice, to enhance the importance of this issue, to improve the people's police pay special attention to the system to provide a reference method, In order to improve the people's police system construction level.
