【摘要】：職業(yè)教育是我國教育體系中不可或缺的有機(jī)組成,是體現(xiàn)我國綜合實(shí)力和人力資源的晴雨表。我國職業(yè)教育雖取得明顯成就,然定位與發(fā)展實(shí)際卻差強(qiáng)人意。已實(shí)施21年的《中華人民共和國職業(yè)教育法》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱職教法)由于自身的滯后性及存在環(huán)境、任務(wù)的改變,其對(duì)職業(yè)教育的經(jīng)費(fèi)來源、主體范疇、權(quán)利義務(wù)關(guān)系等方面的內(nèi)容規(guī)定已嚴(yán)重不適,亟待在實(shí)踐與發(fā)展中檢視、改良。為此,通過理順經(jīng)費(fèi)籌集渠道、明確辦學(xué)主體范疇、權(quán)利義務(wù)互動(dòng)平衡以及教學(xué)模式探索等多元化有效修復(fù)與驅(qū)動(dòng),來完善《職業(yè)教育法》,以更好地服務(wù)于我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an indispensable organic component of our educational system and a barometer of our country's comprehensive strength and human resources. Although China's vocational education has made obvious achievements, the orientation and development of the actual situation is not satisfactory. The Vocational Education Law of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Vocational Education Law), which has been implemented for 21 years, because of its own lag and changes in its existing environment and tasks, its source of funding for vocational education and its main category, The contents of the relationship between rights and obligations have been seriously inadequate and need to be examined and improved in practice and development. In order to perfect the Vocational Education Law, we can perfect the Vocational Education Law by straightening out the channels of raising funds, defining the main category of school running, the interactive balance of rights and obligations and the exploration of teaching mode, and so on, so as to perfect the Vocational Education Law in order to serve the economic construction of our country better.
