【摘要】：正當前,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)蓬勃發(fā)展,但其缺陷不會被光環(huán)掩蓋。因此新千年前后,我國已出臺不少法規(guī)、規(guī)章規(guī)制互聯(lián)網(wǎng),但仍不夠嚴密。歷史和現(xiàn)實昭示:中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)法需在現(xiàn)行法的基礎(chǔ)上繼續(xù)調(diào)整,強化良性規(guī)制是必然趨勢。加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)良性規(guī)制符合新聞傳播歷史規(guī)律(一)加強良性規(guī)制有助于完善對新聞業(yè)的干預(yù)近現(xiàn)代以來,多數(shù)發(fā)達國家報刊史都經(jīng)歷過較明顯的兩個階段:政黨報刊時期與商業(yè)報刊時期。大致相似的發(fā)展
[Abstract]:Right now, the Internet is booming, but its flaws will not be obscured by the halo. So around the new millennium, China has issued a lot of laws and regulations to regulate the Internet, but still not strict enough. History and reality show that China's network law should continue to adjust on the basis of current law, and strengthen benign regulation is an inevitable trend.
