【摘要】：穩(wěn)定的收入和持續(xù)的現(xiàn)金流對(duì)保障我國公益基金能夠有序有效地開展社會(huì)公益活動(dòng)具有重要意義,但目前我國公益基金的保值增值能力較弱,甚至還存在生存危機(jī)的問題。本文就公益基金保值增值能力不足的現(xiàn)實(shí)和原因展開了分析,并在公益基金制度建設(shè)與管理的基礎(chǔ)上,從投資決策優(yōu)化的角度提出了相關(guān)的思考,以期給相關(guān)研究人員提供一個(gè)交叉領(lǐng)域的研究視角。
[Abstract]:Stable income and continuous cash flow are of great significance to ensure that public welfare funds can carry out social public welfare activities in an orderly and effective manner. However, at present, the ability of maintaining and increasing the value of public welfare funds in our country is weak, and even the problem of survival crisis exists. This paper analyzes the reality and reasons of the deficiency of the ability of maintaining and increasing the value of the public welfare fund, and puts forward the relevant thinking from the angle of investment decision optimization on the basis of the construction and management of the public welfare fund system. In order to provide relevant researchers with a cross-domain perspective.
