【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用的迅速推廣,網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬空間被視為是人類的第五空間,已經(jīng)成為影響國(guó)家政治安全、社會(huì)安全的關(guān)鍵因素。主權(quán)國(guó)家正面臨網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬空間的無界性而導(dǎo)致的網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬空間安全治理的危機(jī)。由于國(guó)家安全治理向著網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和虛擬化延伸的程度還不夠,虛擬空間的快速發(fā)展為國(guó)家政治安全治理提出了新挑戰(zhàn)。將國(guó)家安全治理的界限延伸到網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬空間,積極應(yīng)對(duì)虛擬空間對(duì)國(guó)家安全治理提出的挑戰(zhàn),在理論層面、利益層面、基礎(chǔ)操作層面采取一系列的有效措施才能真正、有效地維護(hù)國(guó)家利益與安全。
[Abstract]:With the rapid spread of Internet technology and its application, the virtual space of network is regarded as the fifth space of human being, and it has become the key factor to influence national political security and social security. Sovereign state is facing the crisis of network virtual space security governance caused by the unboundedness of network virtual space. Because the national security governance is not enough to extend to the network and virtualization, the rapid development of the virtual space poses a new challenge to the national political security governance. The limits of national security governance are extended to cyberspace, and the challenges posed by virtual space to national security governance are actively dealt with. A series of effective measures can be taken at the theoretical level, the level of interests and the level of basic operation. Effectively safeguard national interests and security.
