【摘要】：為提高政府管理能力,行政管理體制需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新改革,要形成"權(quán)責(zé)一致、決策科學(xué)、執(zhí)行順暢、監(jiān)督有力"的行政管理體制�？茖W(xué)的管理體制能夠?qū)σ婪ㄐ姓鸬奖匾员Ｕ?從而保證行政機(jī)關(guān)能夠依法執(zhí)政。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the management ability of the government, the administrative management system needs to be innovated and reformed, and the administrative management system should be formed with "consistent power and responsibility, scientific decision-making, smooth execution and strong supervision". The scientific management system can guarantee the administration according to law, so as to ensure that the administrative organ can govern according to law.
