[Abstract]:Relevant personnel of the Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare introduced the requirement to print warning signs and slogans on cigarette packs as a concrete measure to implement the relevant contents of the amendment to the National Health Promotion Act passed by the National Assembly in June 2015.It is also one of the non-price anti-smoking policies that advocate the national ban on smoking.In the situation of rising opposition to smoking, South Korea's parliament amended section 9 of the National Health Promotion Act, which deals with smoking, and officially passed it in April 2011.
