【摘要】：目的:剖析我國中藥法律監(jiān)管中存在的問題及其原因。方法:從立法、監(jiān)管力度、質(zhì)量標準體系、中藥從業(yè)人員4個方面剖析中藥法律監(jiān)管中存在問題的原因。結(jié)果:通過對中藥法律監(jiān)管中存在問題的原因剖析,有助于監(jiān)管部門采取有針對性的措施完善中藥監(jiān)管法律體系,從而保障人民的用藥安全和促進中藥事業(yè)的有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the problems and reasons in the legal supervision of Chinese traditional medicine.Methods: the causes of the problems in the legal supervision of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed from four aspects: legislation, supervision, quality standard system and practitioners.Results: by analyzing the causes of the problems in the legal supervision of traditional Chinese medicine, it is helpful for the supervision department to take targeted measures to perfect the legal system of supervision of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to ensure the safety of Chinese medicine and promote the orderly development of the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.
