【摘要】：文章采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量方法和文本分析方法對(duì)《公共文化服務(wù)保障法》中有關(guān)國(guó)家和政府公共文化服務(wù)責(zé)任的條款逐一分析,認(rèn)為該法是一部規(guī)定國(guó)家和政府公共文化服務(wù)責(zé)任的法律,制定公共文化服務(wù)規(guī)劃、預(yù)算和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是國(guó)家和政府公共文化服務(wù)的關(guān)鍵責(zé)任。
[Abstract]:The article uses the method of literature metrology and text analysis to analyze the articles about the responsibility of public cultural service of the state and government one by one in the Law on the guarantee of Public Cultural Services.It is considered that this law is a law that prescribes the responsibility of public cultural services of the state and the government, and that the formulation of the planning, budget and standards of public cultural services are the key responsibilities of the public cultural services of the state and the government.
