【摘要】：修訂職教法是當(dāng)前我國職業(yè)教育的重點(diǎn)工作任務(wù)之一。職業(yè)教育政策制度是職教法修訂的重要依據(jù),也是職業(yè)教育法律法規(guī)條款規(guī)定的核心構(gòu)成和主要內(nèi)容。本文以1996年職教法頒布實施后我國職業(yè)教育若干政策文件為依據(jù),從職業(yè)教育的戰(zhàn)略地位與發(fā)展思路、職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè)、職業(yè)教育管理體制、職業(yè)教育與行業(yè)企業(yè)事業(yè)組織的關(guān)系、職業(yè)教育保障制度五個方面,分析我國職業(yè)教育政策現(xiàn)狀,對修訂職教法提出政策重點(diǎn)與內(nèi)容選擇建議。
[Abstract]:The revision of vocational education is one of the key tasks of the occupation education in our country. The policy of occupation education system of vocational education is an important basis for the revision of the Constitution and the main content is the core of the occupation education laws and regulations provisions. In 1996 after the promulgation and implementation of Vocational Education in our country occupation education a number of policy documents as the basis, from the strategic position and development thinking of occupation education, occupation education system construction, management system of occupation education, occupation education and industry enterprises and institutions, the five aspects of security system of occupation education, analysis of the current situation of the educational policy of our country occupation selection suggestions, put forward the policy focus and content of the revision of vocational education.
