【摘要】：從公共衛(wèi)生危機(jī)事件中公民權(quán)利保障的解析入手,對公民生命權(quán)、人身自由權(quán)等權(quán)利中存在的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了簡要的評述,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國應(yīng)急類法律尚不健全,涉及公民基本權(quán)利保護(hù)的內(nèi)容不一致,缺少危機(jī)管理綜合協(xié)調(diào)部門。因此,政府應(yīng)通過健全法律、調(diào)整管理職能來保障公民的合法權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the protection of citizens' rights in the crisis of public health, this paper makes a brief comment on the problems existing in the rights of citizens' right to life and personal liberty, and finds that the emergency law of our country is not perfect.Related to the protection of basic rights of citizens content is inconsistent, lack of comprehensive crisis management coordination department.Therefore, the government should improve the law, adjust the management function to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens.
