【摘要】：勞動權歸于中國的憲法所屬,它是對勞動者進行維護的一種最為基礎性的權利。在現階段時代的發(fā)展推動下,以農民工視角為主要考慮對象,對勞動權保障制度進行進一步的確立,不僅可以提高勞動者自身權利的地位,還有助于農民工平等身份的確立。因此,本文就從農民工的角度出發(fā),對勞動權保障制度進行了深入的分析和研究,并對其進行進一步的確立,從而在根本上使農民工的合法權利得到保障。
[Abstract]:Under the development of the present stage , the labor rights guarantee system is further established , which not only can improve the status of workers ' rights , but also help the establishment of the equal status of migrant workers . Therefore , this paper makes an in - depth analysis and research on the system of the protection of labor rights from the perspective of migrant workers , and further establishes them , so as to guarantee the legitimate rights of migrant workers at all .
