【摘要】：《中國人民共和國慈善法》的出臺給宗教工作提供了嶄新的歷史機遇。該法提升了慈善立法的位階和效力,克服了之前相關(guān)法律文件繁雜低效的弊端;它明確將慈善組織作為慈善活動主體,并設(shè)定了較低的準(zhǔn)入門檻,規(guī)范了主體資格和行為要求;對慈善組織的行為準(zhǔn)則、內(nèi)部治理、信息公開等方面,都進一步嚴(yán)格和細(xì)化了管理規(guī)范,有助于宗教慈善主體實現(xiàn)內(nèi)部管理規(guī)范和外部公開透明的基本訴求。貫徹落實《中華人民共和國慈善法》將推動我國宗教慈善事業(yè)的健康有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The promulgation of the charity law of the people's Republic of China provides a new historical opportunity for religious work.This law improves the rank and effect of charity legislation, overcomes the disadvantages of the complicated and inefficient legal documents in the past, explicitly regards charitable organizations as the subject of charity activities, sets a lower threshold for entry, and regulates the qualification and behavior requirements of the subjects.The code of conduct, internal governance, information disclosure and other aspects of charitable organizations are further strict and detailed management norms, which is conducive to the religious charity subject to achieve internal management norms and external transparency of the basic demands.The implementation of the charity law of the people's Republic of China will promote the healthy and orderly development of religious philanthropy in China.
