【摘要】：正《殘疾人保障法》的實(shí)施貫徹,對促進(jìn)殘疾人事業(yè)發(fā)展,保障殘疾人合法權(quán)益發(fā)揮了重要作用,殘疾人事業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的局面。而新的《殘疾人保障法》在修訂草案中又進(jìn)一步貫徹以人為本的理念,著重完善或增加了有關(guān)殘疾人合法權(quán)益保障的規(guī)定。這一切都展示出法律對殘疾人的保護(hù)和關(guān)愛,展示出黨和政府對殘疾人事業(yè)的高度重視,也展示出我國政治文明的進(jìn)步和執(zhí)政理念的成熟。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the Law on the Protection of the disabled has played an important role in promoting the development of the cause of the disabled and safeguarding the legal rights and interests of the disabled, and the cause of the disabled has shown a situation of vigorous development.The new "Law on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities" has further implemented the people-oriented concept in the revised draft, with emphasis on perfecting or increasing the provisions on the protection of the legal rights and interests of the disabled.All this shows that the law protects and cares for the disabled, shows the party and the government attach great importance to the cause of the disabled, and also shows the progress of political civilization and the maturity of the ruling concept of our country.
