【摘要】：21世紀(jì),隨著各國(guó)紛紛加入世貿(mào)組織,開始逐漸消弱了關(guān)稅壁壘。而作為世界外貿(mào)大國(guó)之一的中國(guó),也減弱了出口力,這樣為中國(guó)帶來了非常慘重的損失。盡管我國(guó)目前已經(jīng)構(gòu)建了外貿(mào)立法制度,但對(duì)外貿(mào)行為卻很少涉及,對(duì)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的可持續(xù)發(fā)展也形成了一定的制約�；诖�,亟待從立法視角,規(guī)制綠色貿(mào)易壁壘,并對(duì)綠色貿(mào)易壁壘制度進(jìn)行構(gòu)建和完善。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, with the accession of all countries to WTO, tariff barriers have gradually been weakened.As one of the largest foreign trade countries in the world, China has also weakened its export power, which has brought a very heavy loss to China.Although our country has already established the foreign trade legislation system, but the foreign trade behavior is seldom involved, has also formed the certain restriction to the foreign trade sustainable development.Based on this, it is urgent to regulate green trade barriers from the perspective of legislation, and to construct and perfect the green trade barriers system.
