【摘要】：科技創(chuàng)新在推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家建設(shè)中扮演著重要角色。建立完善的法律制度對(duì)深化產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作進(jìn)程,加快科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化,調(diào)動(dòng)合作各方積極性具有重要意義。針對(duì)我國(guó)科技創(chuàng)新中法律制度建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題和不足,積極借鑒日本等創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和做法,完善相關(guān)法律法規(guī),發(fā)揮法律對(duì)科技創(chuàng)新的激勵(lì)作用,有利于促進(jìn)我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological innovation plays an important role in promoting the construction of an innovative country.It is of great significance to establish a perfect legal system for deepening the process of cooperation between industry, college and research, speeding up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and arousing the enthusiasm of all parties involved in the cooperation.In view of the problems and shortcomings in the construction of the legal system in China's scientific and technological innovation, we should actively learn from the successful experiences and practices of Japan and other innovative countries, improve relevant laws and regulations, and give full play to the role of the law in stimulating scientific and technological innovation.It is conducive to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of our national economy.
