【摘要】：正背景:2015年4月24日《食品安全法》進(jìn)行了最新修訂,由習(xí)近平簽署的《中華人民共和國(guó)主席令(第二十一號(hào))》赫然寫著,新通過(guò)的《中華人民共和國(guó)食品安全法》將于2015年10月1日起施行。新的《食品安全法》提出社會(huì)共治中提到:政府、企業(yè)、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、新聞媒體、消費(fèi)者以及權(quán)益保護(hù)組織等都參與其中,承擔(dān)自己的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Positive background: on April 24, 2015, the Food Safety Law was recently amended, and the decree of the President of the people's Republic of China (No. 21) signed by Xi Jinping reads,The new Food Safety Law of the people's Republic of China will come into force on October 1, 2015.The new "Food Safety Law" states that the government, enterprises, trade associations, news media, consumers and rights and interests organizations are all involved and assume their own responsibilities and obligations.
