【摘要】：當(dāng)代中國(guó)慈善事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,需要建構(gòu)中國(guó)特色慈善倫理規(guī)范體系。慈善倫理規(guī)范體系對(duì)慈善活動(dòng)的調(diào)節(jié)有著特殊意義,它引領(lǐng)多元慈善倫理動(dòng)機(jī),回應(yīng)多方面慈善倫理挑戰(zhàn),支撐慈善法律規(guī)范體系。當(dāng)代中國(guó)慈善倫理規(guī)范體系的建構(gòu)包含兩大層面,仁愛(ài)是其基本原則,自愿、誠(chéng)信、平等、尊重是其主要規(guī)范。推動(dòng)慈善倫理規(guī)范體系的躬行踐履,需弘揚(yáng)中華傳統(tǒng)慈善美德,加強(qiáng)對(duì)青少年的慈善意識(shí)教育,倡導(dǎo)"勿以善小而不為"的倫理精神。
[Abstract]:The healthy development of philanthropy in contemporary China requires the construction of ethical norms system of charity with Chinese characteristics.The ethical norm system of charity has special significance to the regulation of charity activities. It leads multiple ethical motives of charity, responds to various ethical challenges of charity, and supports the legal norm system of charity.The construction of the ethical system of charity in contemporary China consists of two levels: benevolence is its basic principle, voluntary, honesty, equality and respect are its main norms.In order to promote the practice of charity ethics standard system, it is necessary to carry forward the Chinese traditional virtue of charity, strengthen the education of charity consciousness for young people, and advocate the ethical spirit of "not to be small but not to do good".
