法規(guī)政策及公眾宣傳對居民廢舊家電回收渠道選擇意向的影響

【摘要】:摘要:近年來,廢舊家電回收處理問題越來越多的被人們所關注,我國也已出臺一系列法規(guī)政策,并開展不同形式的宣傳活動,意在引導消費者的回收行為、規(guī)范廢舊家電回收渠道。但現(xiàn)實的情況是,法規(guī)政策和公眾宣傳的作用沒有得到充分體現(xiàn),仍有許多消費者選擇非正規(guī)渠道處理廢舊電器。雖然許多國內(nèi)外文獻基于計劃行為理論研究居民廢舊家電回收行為,但沒有針對居民廢舊家電回收渠道選擇意向的研究;此外,研究中只是單獨使用計劃行為理論進行論證,模型中較少引入情境因素,研究情境因素對回收行為的調(diào)節(jié)作用。因此,以法規(guī)政策和公眾宣傳為切入點,研究法規(guī)政策及公眾宣傳對居民廢舊家電回收渠道選擇意向的影響,具有重要的理論及現(xiàn)實意義。 本文在對國內(nèi)外廢舊家電回收相關文獻綜述的基礎上,以計劃行為理論為基礎,將“法規(guī)政策”、“公眾宣傳”兩個情境因素納入模型,構(gòu)建了法規(guī)政策及公眾宣傳對居民廢舊家電回收渠道選擇意向影響的模型,并根據(jù)模型及前人的研究制定量表,設計調(diào)查問卷;經(jīng)過預調(diào)查對問卷內(nèi)容進行調(diào)整,確定正式調(diào)查問卷,選取北京市居民作為樣本進行發(fā)放,回收有效問卷212份。運用SPSS軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行信效度分析、分層回歸分析,驗證模型假設,并確定最終模型。 結(jié)果顯示,居民廢舊家電回收渠道選擇態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范、知覺行為控制對選擇意向具有顯著影響,與選擇意向正相關;法規(guī)政策、公眾宣傳也對選擇意向具有顯著正相關關系,是選擇意向的重要解釋變量。同時法規(guī)政策對選擇態(tài)度—選擇意向、主觀規(guī)范—選擇意向路徑,公眾宣傳對選擇態(tài)度—選擇意向路徑具有顯著的正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。 基于分析結(jié)果,本文確定了居民廢舊家電回收渠道選擇意向的影響因素,并從法規(guī)政策和公眾宣傳的角度對提高居民廢舊家電回收正規(guī)渠道選擇意向提出對策及建議。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: in recent years, people pay more and more attention to the recycling of used household appliances. China has also issued a series of laws and policies, and carried out different forms of publicity activities, in order to guide consumers to recycle behavior. Standardize recycling channels for used household appliances. But the reality is that the role of laws and policies and public publicity is not fully reflected. Many consumers still choose informal channels to deal with waste electrical appliances. Although many domestic and foreign literature based on the theory of planned behavior to study the recycling behavior of used household appliances, there is no research on the choice of recycling channels for residents. In the research, the theory of planning behavior is used alone to demonstrate, and the situation factor is less introduced in the model, and the adjusting effect of the situation factor on the recovery behavior is studied. Therefore, the breakthrough point is the regulation policy and the public propaganda. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of laws and policies and public propaganda on the choice of recycling channels for used household appliances. Based on the literature review of recycling of used and used household appliances at home and abroad, and based on the theory of planning behavior, this paper brings into the model two situational factors: "law and policy" and "public propaganda". This paper constructs a model of the influence of laws and policies and public propaganda on the choice of recycling channel for household appliances, and designs a questionnaire according to the model and previous studies, and adjusts the contents of the questionnaire after a pre-survey. The formal questionnaire was determined, the Beijing residents were selected as samples to distribute, and 212 valid questionnaires were collected. The reliability and validity of the data were analyzed by SPSS software, stratified regression analysis, model hypothesis verified, and the final model determined. The results showed that the choice attitude, subjective norm and perceptual behavior control had significant influence on the choice intention, and had positive correlation with the choice intention. Public propaganda also has a significant positive correlation with the choice intention, which is an important explanatory variable of the choice intention. At the same time, the choice attitude, the choice intention, the subjective norm and the choice intention path of the laws and regulations. Public propaganda has a significant positive regulating effect on the path of choice attitude-choice intention. Based on the analysis results, this paper determines the influencing factors of the choice of household appliance recycling channel, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the choice intention of household appliance recycling channel from the angle of law, policy and public propaganda.
