【摘要】：正新《中華人民共和國食品安全法》加大了對食品違法生產(chǎn)行為的處罰力度,體現(xiàn)了對食品生產(chǎn)者合法權(quán)益的保護,完善了法律救濟渠道。對食品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營者的保護新《食品安全法》強化了監(jiān)管機關(guān)對食品生產(chǎn)的監(jiān)測,但同時規(guī)定,不得向食品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營者收取檢驗費和其他費用,降低企業(yè)不必要的支出。新《食品安全法》明確了食品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營者的救濟途徑新《食品安全法》第八十八條規(guī)定了以下內(nèi)容:第一,復(fù)檢的機構(gòu)是原做出抽檢結(jié)果的食品藥品監(jiān)督管理
[Abstract]:The new "Food Safety Law of the people's Republic of China" has increased the punishment for illegal food production and embodied the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of food producers. The new Food Safety Law has strengthened the monitoring of food production by the supervisory authorities, but at the same time stipulated that inspection fees and other fees shall not be charged to food producers and operators. The new "Food Safety Law" clarifies the relief channels for food producers and operators. Article 88th of the New "Food Safety Law" stipulates the following contents: first, The re-inspection organization is the food and drug supervision and administration that made the spot inspection results.
