【摘要】：“蟻族”群體是我國新生的弱勢群體，并且數(shù)量龐大，人數(shù)眾多。解決“蟻族”群體的住房問題是我國政府當(dāng)前必須面對和解決的現(xiàn)實問題。本文主體主要分為三個部分：第一部分首先對“蟻族”群體的概念、特征進行了闡述，緊接著介紹了“蟻族”群體的住房現(xiàn)狀以及產(chǎn)生住房困難現(xiàn)象的原因；第二部分通過對我國現(xiàn)行住房保障法律制度的介紹，結(jié)合“蟻族”群體自身，提出了這些法律制度在保障“蟻族”群體住房問題方面存在的問題，，并且就解決“蟻族”群體住房問題的重要性進行了闡述；第三部分針對我國現(xiàn)行住房保障法律制度在保障“蟻族”群體住房問題上存在的問題提出了對策、方案。
[Abstract]:The "ant tribe" is a new and vulnerable group in China. The main body of this paper is divided into three parts: the first part expounds the concept and characteristics of the "ant tribe" group. Then introduced the "ant" group housing status and the causes of housing difficulties; the second part through the introduction of our current housing security legal system, combined with the "ant" group itself, This paper puts forward the problems existing in these legal systems in guaranteeing the housing problem of "ant tribe" group, and expounds the importance of solving the housing problem of "ant tribe" group. In the third part, the author puts forward some countermeasures and solutions to the problems existing in the current legal system of housing security in China.
