【摘要】：正保護(hù)環(huán)境是基本國(guó)策,國(guó)家重視、百姓關(guān)切。面對(duì)舉國(guó)關(guān)注,全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)集中發(fā)力,于今年6月至7月在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)開(kāi)展環(huán)境保護(hù)法執(zhí)法檢查,這是對(duì)新修訂的環(huán)境保護(hù)法(簡(jiǎn)稱新環(huán)境保護(hù)法)實(shí)施僅一年多的時(shí)間就進(jìn)行的檢查,在全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)監(jiān)督工作中是不常見(jiàn)的,充分說(shuō)明了全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)堅(jiān)決貫徹落實(shí)黨中央關(guān)于推進(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)和環(huán)境保護(hù)工作的決策部署,
[Abstract]:It is the basic state policy to protect the environment. The state attaches importance to it, and the people are concerned. In the face of the national concern, the standing Committee of the National people's Congress concentrated its efforts in carrying out a nationwide inspection on the enforcement of environmental protection laws from June this year to July. This is an inspection of the newly revised Environmental Protection Law (abbreviated as the New Environmental Protection Law), which has been carried out for only over a year, and is not common in the supervision work of the NPC standing Committee. It has fully explained that the standing Committee of the National people's Congress has resolutely implemented the decision and arrangement of the party Central Committee on promoting the construction of ecological civilization and environmental protection.
