【摘要】：《國(guó)家監(jiān)察法》是規(guī)定國(guó)家監(jiān)察委員會(huì)的具體職能、監(jiān)察對(duì)象、行使職權(quán)的程序以及如何與黨的機(jī)構(gòu)和其他國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)銜接等內(nèi)容的法律規(guī)范�！秶�(guó)家監(jiān)察法》制定的目的在于為構(gòu)建集中統(tǒng)一、權(quán)威高效的反腐敗機(jī)制提供法治保障。依據(jù)憲法制定、堅(jiān)持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、民主集中制、集中高效反腐、堅(jiān)持正當(dāng)程序、由人大組織與多重監(jiān)督原則是《國(guó)家監(jiān)察法》制定時(shí)應(yīng)該遵循的立法原則。
[Abstract]:The "Law on State Supervision" stipulates the specific functions of the National Supervisory Commission and the object of supervision. The procedures for exercising the functions and powers and the legal norms concerning how to link up with the Party's organs and other state organs. The purpose of the State Supervision Law was to establish a centralized and unified system. The authoritative and efficient anti-corruption mechanism provides the guarantee of the rule of law. In accordance with the constitution, it upholds the leadership of the party, democratic centralism, centralized and efficient anti-corruption, and adherence to due process. The principle of National people's Congress Organization and multiple Supervision is the legislative principle that should be followed when the State Supervision Law is formulated.
