【摘要】：正由于保健食品法律法規(guī)不完善,保健食品市場混亂問題較為突出。在這次《食品安全法》修訂中,保健食品是否實(shí)施注冊制度、應(yīng)如何加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管,成為立法的焦點(diǎn)之一。新修訂的《食品安全法》涉及"保健食品"內(nèi)容共13個(gè)條款,對入市前的許可管理、生產(chǎn)管理、市場監(jiān)督、廣告管理、違法處罰都給予了規(guī)定,將終結(jié)保健食品發(fā)展的無序狀態(tài)。據(jù)了解,此次新食安法中明確了改變過去單一的產(chǎn)品注冊制度,對保健食品實(shí)行注冊與備案的分類管理。明確了保健食品原料目錄、功能目錄的管理制度,對使用符合保健食品原料目
[Abstract]:It is precisely because the laws and regulations on health food are not perfect that the confusion in the health food market is more prominent.
