【摘要】：《兒童權(quán)利公約》、《公共圖書館宣言》、《圖書館權(quán)利宣言》及其解釋性文件、國際圖聯(lián)的三部指南是規(guī)范圖書館未成年人服務(wù)的國際性政策與文件,為世界范圍內(nèi)的圖書館未成年人服務(wù)開展提供了參照依據(jù)。本文通過對(duì)圖書館未成年人服務(wù)的國際性政策與文件的主要內(nèi)容、發(fā)展演變及其對(duì)圖書館未成年人服務(wù)開展的規(guī)范與保障進(jìn)行剖析,歸納出圖書館兒童服務(wù)理念的演變軌跡:由忽視兒童到發(fā)現(xiàn)兒童,再到重視兒童,直到兒童優(yōu)先服務(wù)理念的確立。
[Abstract]:The Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Declaration on Public Libraries, the Declaration on the Rights of the Library and its explanatory documents, the three International Atlas guidelines are international policies and documents regulating the services of minors in libraries, It provides the reference basis for the development of the library minor service in the world. This paper adopts the main contents of the international policies and documents on the library minors service. This paper analyzes the development and evolution of library children's service, and summarizes the evolution of library children's service concept: from neglecting children to discovering children, and then to paying attention to children. Until the establishment of the concept of priority services for children.
