【摘要】：團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步的民族關(guān)系事關(guān)青藏地區(qū)的社會穩(wěn)定與國家主權(quán)利益,故應(yīng)以法治系統(tǒng)論的思維,構(gòu)建集社會文化條件、法治保障以及民族經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展權(quán)為一體的系統(tǒng)性機(jī)制。其以社會文化條件為基礎(chǔ),以法治為價值引領(lǐng),以經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展為民族和諧與互信的物質(zhì)支撐,并以權(quán)利思維作為民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步關(guān)系構(gòu)建的未來價值。
[Abstract]:The national relations of unity and progress have a bearing on the social stability and the national sovereign interests of the Qinghai-Tibet region. Therefore, the social and cultural conditions should be set up in the light of the thinking of the system theory of the rule of law. It is based on social and cultural conditions, guided by the rule of law and guided by economic and social development as the material support of national harmony and mutual trust. And the right thinking as the future value of national unity and progress relationship.
