【摘要】：《進(jìn)出境動植物檢疫法》是進(jìn)出境動植物檢疫的基本法。該法自實(shí)施25周年來,為把動植物檢疫工作納入法制管理軌道,防止動植物疫情疫病傳入傳出,保護(hù)農(nóng)林業(yè)生產(chǎn)安全、人體健康和生態(tài)安全,促進(jìn)對外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展發(fā)揮了積極作用。適時對該法進(jìn)行修訂,依法施檢、以法促檢、以檢護(hù)法,將更有利于適應(yīng)形勢變化,接軌國際慣例,保障農(nóng)林生產(chǎn)和生態(tài)安全,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The Law on entry and exit Animal and Plant Quarantine is the basic law of entry and exit animal and plant quarantine. Since its implementation 25 years ago, in order to bring animal and plant quarantine work into the legal management track, prevent the spread of animal and plant epidemic diseases, and protect the safety of agricultural and forestry production, Human health and ecological safety have played a positive role in promoting the development of foreign economic and trade. Timely revision of the law, carrying out inspection according to law, promoting inspection by law, and protecting the law by inspection will be more conducive to adapting to changes in the situation and in line with international practice. Ensure agricultural and forestry production and ecological security, and promote economic and social development.
