【摘要】：正21世紀(jì),我國已經(jīng)全面進(jìn)入了信息化時(shí)代,信息化時(shí)代的主要標(biāo)志就是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及和應(yīng)用。網(wǎng)絡(luò)為人們的工作帶來無限的便利,使人們的生活變得更加豐富多彩,它不僅成為我們獲取信息的重要手段和有效途徑,而且被廣泛地應(yīng)用于社會(huì)發(fā)展的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。然而,隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用范圍的不斷擴(kuò)大,出現(xiàn)了許多與之相關(guān)的法律問題,并且其頻率節(jié)節(jié)攀升,如侵犯公民名譽(yù)權(quán)、隱私權(quán)、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的問題,危及金融安全、國家機(jī)密等法律問題,這些問題的頻頻出現(xiàn)都與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)

It has not only become an important means and effective way for us to obtain information, but also has been widely used in various fields of social development.
