【摘要】：正今年7月27日,《國(guó)家信息化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略綱要》正式公布,再次鄭重提出了建設(shè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)國(guó)的時(shí)間表和路線圖。同時(shí),中國(guó)人大11月7日已完成網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全立法,制訂了第一部專(zhuān)門(mén)規(guī)制網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的法律。如何治理、用好互聯(lián)網(wǎng),及確保網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全成為黨和國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人關(guān)注及思考的重大問(wèn)題。不同類(lèi)型的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和應(yīng)對(duì)之道應(yīng)該說(shuō),網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全日益受到重視是世界各國(guó)的普遍趨勢(shì)。一是人們的工作與生活越來(lái)越依賴(lài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。二是網(wǎng)絡(luò)恐怖主義,或者說(shuō)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息領(lǐng)域逐漸被"軍事化"。網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息空間被超級(jí)大國(guó)塑造為繼陸、海、空(太
[Abstract]:Is this year in July 27th, the "outline of national informatization development strategy" formally announced, once again solemnly put forward the construction of the network power of the timetable and roadmap.
