論中職生違法行為的原因分析和預(yù)防措施的研究

【摘要】:青少年違法犯罪問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為人們共同關(guān)注的社會(huì)問(wèn)題,中職生作為青少年的一個(gè)學(xué)生群體,是違法行為多發(fā)的重災(zāi)區(qū)。作為一名法學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的中職學(xué)校教師,在與學(xué)生的親密接觸中,深感緩解和杜絕這個(gè)社會(huì)問(wèn)題的重要性和緊迫性。因此本文在總結(jié)中職生違法行為特點(diǎn)的同時(shí),結(jié)合中職生這個(gè)群體的特性,深入對(duì)其違法行為產(chǎn)生的主觀原因和客觀原因等方面進(jìn)行了分析、研究。主觀原因包括中職生的不良的行為習(xí)慣、較差的認(rèn)知能力、淡薄的法制觀念和規(guī)則意識(shí),造成其無(wú)視法律權(quán)威性,從而放任自己的行為,導(dǎo)致違法行為發(fā)生。客觀原因包括家庭法制意識(shí)欠缺和不良的教養(yǎng)方式,學(xué)校教育和管理中法制理念的不足,社會(huì)不良的現(xiàn)象以及社會(huì)行為規(guī)范體系失衡等方面的外部因素影響。 并且本文在全面論述和解析這些問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,從法制化的角度探索如何完善家庭教育機(jī)制、健全學(xué)校教育機(jī)制、建立社會(huì)預(yù)防中職生違法行為綜合治理職能體系等相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施,探討合理化建議。希望藉此能夠更加有效地對(duì)中職生行為進(jìn)行規(guī)范和引導(dǎo),并且更有針對(duì)性地為治理中職生的違法現(xiàn)象提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The problem of juvenile delinquency has become a social problem of common concern. As a student group of teenagers, secondary vocational students are the most serious disaster areas with frequent violations of the law. As a secondary vocational school teacher majoring in law, In the close contact with the students, we deeply feel the importance and urgency of alleviating and eliminating this social problem. Therefore, while summarizing the characteristics of the illegal behavior of the secondary vocational students, this paper combines the characteristics of the secondary vocational students with the characteristics of this group. This paper deeply analyzes the subjective and objective causes of their illegal behavior. The subjective reasons include the students' bad behavior habits, poor cognitive ability, weak sense of legal system and rule of law, and so on, and the subjective reasons include the bad behavior habits of the secondary vocational students, the poor cognitive ability, the weak sense of the legal system and the sense of rules. This causes it to ignore the authority of the law, thus allowing its own behavior to occur. The objective reasons include the lack of awareness of the family legal system and the bad rearing methods, the insufficiency of the concept of the legal system in school education and management, and the lack of the concept of the legal system in the school education and management. The phenomenon of bad society and the influence of external factors such as the imbalance of social behavior norm system. And on the basis of comprehensive discussion and analysis of these problems, this paper explores how to perfect the family education mechanism and the school education mechanism from the angle of legalization. To establish the corresponding preventive measures, such as the function system of comprehensive management of social prevention of illegal behavior of secondary vocational students, and to discuss the rational suggestions. It is hoped that the measures can be used to standardize and guide the behavior of secondary vocational school students more effectively. And more targeted for the management of secondary vocational school students to provide reference for illegal phenomenon.
