【摘要】：兒童色情影像的存在不僅對受害的兒童造成極大的身體和心靈的傷害,更是同樣地對社會的傷害。而持有兒童色情物品,等于支持了兒童色情業(yè)的市場。每一個兒童色情制品,無不是對兒童性虐、猥褻與損害的活生生的寫照。因此,許多國家的兒童色情法意圖摧毀兒童色情的市場,因為它本身是對兒童的虐待。為鏟除兒童色情市場,懲罰網(wǎng)絡(luò)兒童色情持有勢在必行。美國很早就制定了兒童色情防治法,現(xiàn)已形成完備的立法體系。相比而言,我國尚未有兒童色情防治法,也沒有專門負責網(wǎng)絡(luò)兒童色情犯罪防治的部門。
[Abstract]:The existence of child pornography not only causes great physical and mental harm to the injured children, but also hurts the society. Possession of child pornography is tantamount to supporting the market for children's pornography. Every child pornography is a living portrayal of child sexual abuse, indecency and damage. As a result, child pornography laws in many countries are intended to destroy the market for child pornography, as it is in itself an abuse of children. In order to eradicate the child pornography market, the punishment of child pornography online possession is imperative. The United States has long enacted a child pornography prevention and control law, has now formed a complete legislative system. In contrast, there is no child pornography prevention and control law in China, nor is there a department specifically responsible for the prevention and control of child pornography crimes on the Internet.
