【摘要】：正2015年12月24日,上海市浦東新區(qū)人民法院依法對(duì)廣東二十一世紀(jì)傳媒股份有限公司及原總裁沈顥等敲詐勒索、強(qiáng)迫交易等系列案件作出一審宣判。法院以強(qiáng)迫交易罪對(duì)被告單位二十一世紀(jì)傳媒公司判處罰金人民幣948.5萬元,追繳違法所得;對(duì)系列案件的其余被告單位分別處罰金人民幣3萬元至5443萬元,追繳違法所得;以敲詐勒索罪、強(qiáng)迫交易罪等數(shù)罪并罰,判處沈顥有期
[Abstract]:On December 24, 2015, the Shanghai Pudong New District people's Court handed down a verdict of first instance on a series of cases, such as extortion, forced transactions, and other cases involving Guangdong 21 Century Media Co., Ltd., and former president Shen Hao, according to law. The court imposed a fine of 9.485 million yuan on the media company of the defendant's unit in the 21 century on the crime of forced transaction, and imposed a fine ranging from 30, 000 yuan to 54.43 million yuan on the other defendant units in a series of cases to recover the illegal proceeds. Shen Hao was sentenced to punishment for several crimes, such as extortion and forced transaction.
